Overview As Production Recruiting Lead for CW, you own all production recruiting outcomes for the division, balancing hands-on hiring with strategic program management. You act as a bridge between centralized TA and divisional leaders, delivering visibility, accountability, and efficient talent pipelines. You'll lead end-to-end hiring for critical production roles while guiding the centralized team to meet high-priority needs. Responsibilities- Own end-to-end production hiring outcomes for CW, including headcount planning, demand forecasting, requisition prioritization, and delivery against targets
- Serve as primary strategic talent partner to Head of TA and senior divisional leaders, translating objectives into hiring strategy
- Provide regular reporting on hiring health, pipeline velocity, capacity constraints, and risk mitigation to leadership
- Define and manage SLAs, goals, and success metrics for the division's production portfolio
- Personally execute full-cycle recruiting for priority, complex, or leadership roles as needed
- Set and uphold standards for sourcing, engagement, assessment, and offer negotiation within the division
- Align centralized recruiting team priorities to division needs and provide coaching and QA without formal management
- Lead surge hiring initiatives and high-volume campaigns tailored to the division
Key requirements- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including recent production or technical recruiting in high-volume environments
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight and manage complex portfolios
- Strong business partnership skills with experience advising senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated program management capability, coordinating cross-functional teams
