Overview

In this role you lead field operations on water and wastewater projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion. You will guide the project team and coordinate with the Project Director, Estimating, and Superintendent to manage scope and costs. You'll drive the project's safety programs, training, and quality processes while maintaining strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners. This position offers impact across multi-million dollar projects and opportunities to shape project controls and performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality infrastructure outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop project Chart of Accounts with Project Director and Estimating
  • Create detailed project contract status reports
  • Coordinate site logistics plan with Project Superintendent
  • Oversee pay applications and monitor costs and job cost reports
  • Forecast quarterly Total Cost Projections and manage labor and material needs
  • Lead training for all staff and enforce safety and affirmative action programs
  • Direct the project's quality processes and close-out activities
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners to reflect core values
  • Ensure compliance with safety and EEO programs
  • Support Estimating in bidding and project development
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years in complex water or industrial construction projects
  • Direct experience on water or wastewater treatment construction projects
  • Self-perform experience strongly desired
  • In-depth knowledge of water or wastewater treatment technology or processes
  • Advanced knowledge of construction principles/practices
  • Experience leading project teams and managing relationships with subcontractors or self-perform teams
