Associate Scientist, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Small Molecule

In this role you support late-stage product development by performing routine analyses, developing and validating analytical methods, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. You will work within a cross-functional team to address analytical challenges in small molecules and help drive accurate, timely results for drug development programs. The position offers exposure to state-of-the-art analytical techniques and a collaborative CRO environment. You will contribute to quality and regulatory compliance while advancing science in a fast-paced setting.

• Perform routine sample analysis to support product development within timelines
• Assist method development and method validation under supervision
• Investigate and resolve unexpected issues under supervision
• Ensure compliance with cGMP/GLP in assigned studies

• B.S. in Chemistry or related discipline
• 1-2 years of related industry experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, UPLC, GC, LC/MS, IC and Dissolution Testing
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ability to set priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player to work with Formulators and QA
• CRO experience is a plus
