Overview In this role you will lead the Client Service Associate team within a growing wealth management firm, driving excellent service for advisors and high-net-worth clients. You will establish best practices, streamline workflows, and partner with compliance to scale operations efficiently. This hands-on leadership position combines people management with process improvement to build scalable client service infrastructure. You will work closely with operations, advisors, and compliance to elevate service quality and operational resilience. This is an opportunity to shape the client service function as the firm grows.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop the Client Service Associate team, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing professional development
- Set clear service standards, workflows, and accountability; conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews
- Act as escalation point for complex client service issues
- Oversee day-to-day client service operations supporting advisors and clients
- Manage client onboarding, account opening, transfers, custodial paperwork, and account maintenance
- Document and refine procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and build scalable infrastructure as the firm grows
- Partner with Compliance to ensure operational processes align with regulatory requirements and the LPL Financial platform
- Oversee CRM, portfolio reporting, and workflow system components; drive automation and integration across platforms
- Evaluate and implement new technology solutions, including AI-enabled tools where appropriate
