Overview You will lead as the Enterprise Solution Architect for Curtiss-Wright's SAP SCM portfolio and also manage the SAP SCM functional team. You'll set design direction across planning, manufacturing, quality, warehouse, shop floor, and MES integration, while guiding a capable team to deliver value. This role blends strategic architecture with people leadership in a remote US setting, with travel to support implementation and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities- Lead design direction for SAP SCM across PP, QM, WM, and Shop Floor Control, and MES/Engineering integration
- Partner with Business Process Owners to scope and prioritize process needs while balancing legacy and new initiatives
- Own the functional roadmap for SAP SCM, including legacy systems evaluation and ECC-to-S/4HANA transition needs
- Guide SAP SCM projects from requirements to go-live in coordination with AMS
- Establish and track delivery metrics and report status to IT and business leadership
- Manage the SAP SCM functional team including hiring, onboarding, development planning, and performance evaluations
- Set team priorities, improve efficiency, and ensure on-time delivery of business value
- Coach team members on technical depth and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee team capacity planning and staffing recommendations to support resource planning
Key requirements- 20+ years ERP experience across ERP systems and SAP with hands-on in SCM modules (PP, QM, WM)
- 10+ years IBP (SAP) processes, configuration, and best practices
- At least 10+ years integrating SAP with non-SAP systems (e.g., Ariba, Concur, Workday)
- 10+ years of direct people-management experience leading a technical or functional team
