Overview In this role you will support day-to-day HR recruitment activities, including screening applications, conducting interviews, and processing new-hire paperwork. You will also engage with current employees, plan and coordinate recruitment events and company events, and assist with broader HR areas such as Benefits and Safety. The position is in-office with a 4.5-day work week and requires daily commuting to the local office. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth talent acquisition and HR operations, contributing to a professional and efficient workplace culture.
Responsibilities- Review applications and resumes and screen candidates
- Conduct interviews and communicate with applicants about their status
- Coordinate reference checks and complete new-hire paperwork
- Engage with current employees and support onboarding
- Plan and coordinate company events and recruiting activities
- Assist in Benefits, Compensation, Safety and other HR areas
- Perform additional duties as assigned
