Overview

In this role you will work within a top-tier commercial litigation practice handling sophisticated disputes for diverse clients. You will collaborate with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment, managing cases through all stages, from fact development to appeals. You will apply strong drafting and advocacy skills to high-stakes matters, contributing to a culture of mentorship and growth. Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters
  • Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and manage motion practice in high-stakes litigation
  • Collaborate with partners and clients in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel to clients
  • Manage cases through all stages of litigation, including trial preparation and appeals
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
  • Develop case strategies and collaborate with partners on high-stakes disputes
Key requirements
  • 4-6 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation
  • Active Bar Admission in Oregon in good standing (or ability to waive in)
  • Experience in drafting, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances for complex business disputes
  • Class action litigation experience is a plus
  • Active Bar Admission in Washington and/or California is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
