Risk Management (ERM) Actuary

In this ERM-focused actuary role, you will lead portfolio risk assessment, assess pricing adequacy, and coordinate ceded reinsurance for Excess & Surplus business. You will work with Actuarial, Underwriting, and Senior Management to develop pricing strategies, risk transfer solutions, and tools to support profitable growth. The position combines risk analysis with strategic collaboration to expand the E&S portfolio. This role offers meaningful impact in shaping risk management and pricing for a specialty insurer.

• Lead portfolio risk assessment for E&S
• Perform pricing adequacy analyses
• Facilitate ceded reinsurance arrangements
• Conduct financial risk evaluation for E&S exposures
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting, and Senior Management to develop pricing strategies
• Develop and maintain risk transfer solutions and tool-building initiatives to drive profitability and growth

• ACAS or FCAS designation
• 10+ years of Commercial lines experience
• Experience in ERM, pricing, reserving, or reinsurance
