Overview

As an HR Regional Partner you serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and teams across a diverse client base, including onsite and remote populations. You'll drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience for multiple global functions, partnering with leaders to align workforce plans with business priorities. You'll lead change, succession, and development efforts while fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on execution in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR partner to assigned Corporate Function leaders and teams across multiple business areas
  • Align talent and workforce strategies with business objectives and capability needs
  • Provide strategic coaching on organizational effectiveness, leadership, workforce planning, and change management
  • Build trusted partnerships with leaders and employees across remote and onsite populations
  • Support leaders in navigating organizational changes, team structures, and talent decisions
  • Develop workforce plans aligned with growth and transformation
  • Drive talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and development planning
  • Facilitate career development and internal mobility discussions to strengthen capability and engagement
  • Coach leaders on performance, retention, development, and team effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Management, and other HR Centers of Excellence to execute enterprise talent initiatives
  • Lead proactive employee relations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution
  • Foster inclusion, accountability, engagement, and high performance in line with TE values
  • Assess and address employee engagement trends and survey results
  • Develop action plans to improve team effectiveness and experience
  • Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws
  • Lead organizational changes, restructures, and business transformation initiatives
  • Provide change management support during growth, integration, and evolution
  • Identify effectiveness opportunities and recommend solutions to improve collaboration and performance
  • Support implementation of enterprise and regional HR programs
  • Operate within the HR Regional Partner model and leverage COEs for delivery
  • Collaborate across sites and BUs to share best practices and scale HR capability
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; HR or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with success as HRBP or HR Generalist in manufacturing/operations
  • Experience supporting U.S. immigration and global mobility programs including working with external counsel
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders in a matrixed organization
  • Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Credible coach and advisor with trust-building presence
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity while driving structure, discipline, and results
  • Data-informed, process-oriented, and action-biased
  • High emotional intelligence to challenge leaders constructively
  • Periodic on-site presence to support teams as needed
