Overview In this role you will support multiple small to medium Microsoft Server/Windows networks in a mission-focused environment. You will install, configure, and maintain servers, storage and software, manage user accounts, and monitor system performance. You collaborate across teams on secure architectures and data traffic, while handling security and privacy concerns and coordinating third-party maintenance. Occasional field support travel is required to support client equipment and operations.

Responsibilities- Install, configure and maintain servers, storage, computers, and software infrastructure
- Manage user accounts and storage allocation
- Monitor and tune server/client performance; apply system-wide software upgrades
- Provide desktop support to local users and maintain inventory
- Create and update system, network, and security documentation
- Collaborate on secure architectures, secure data traffic, and information security/privacy
- Coordinate third-party maintenance for client equipment
- Travel up to 10% OCONUS for field support
Key requirements- Five+ years IT experience with at least two years administering Windows Server and Windows desktop OS
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Experience with maintenance/troubleshooting on small to medium networks
- Strong information security practices
- Familiarity with Windows-based data storage
- Experience creating/updating system documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
