You will work closely with clients and the broader claims group to deliver cost-effective outcomes and timely settlements. Responsibilities- Handle client inquiries efficiently
- Support relationship management through regular, constructive client communications
- Visit clients and legal providers on a regular basis
- Deliver end-to-end claims management for workers' compensation
- Submit required claims reports
- Pursue ongoing professional development through external and internal sessions
- Ensure compliance with the Worker Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 and regulator standards
