Overview In this role you will lead landscape architecture and planning projects in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. You will guide design from concept through construction, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality public and private spaces. The position supports parks, trails, urban design, and larger planning initiatives, with opportunities for growth and firm ownership. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to turn ideas into built, lasting landscapes. Responsibilities- Lead project teams across design stages from concept through construction
- Produce CD sets with hardscape, planting, details, specs, and bidding packages
- Manage multiple projects with varying scope and complexity
- Foster a positive, team-oriented office culture
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams including planners and engineers
- Anticipate client and project needs and communicate clearly in writing and verbally
- Oversee design quality and ensure deadlines and budgets are met
- Support master planning and landscape architecture for parks, trails, and recreation initiatives
Key requirements- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture (accredited)
- Oklahoma licensure as a Professional Landscape Architect
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Landscape Architect
- Experience with proposal/scope of work documents and invoice reviews
- Ability to travel within the state as needed
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
