Overview As IT M&A Lead Integration Architect, you will drive the integration of acquired entities into GlobalFoundries' global operations. You will define integration roadmaps across business processes, technology, and culture to maximize value from M&A activity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT and process harmonization with business objectives, ensuring continuity and efficiency. This role offers the chance to shape post merger reality at scale within a leading semiconductor manufacturer.
Responsibilities- Design integration strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Serve as the primary architect for technology and business process integrations in M&A
- Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, and Legal to define requirements and risks
- Develop and maintain detailed integration roadmaps and playbooks for acquisitions
- Conduct due diligence to assess technology, process, and organizational fit prior to closing
- Define systems integration strategy and drive process harmonization for continuity and efficiency
- Establish integration KPIs and report progress to executives
- Identify and mitigate integration risks and continuously improve methodologies and tools
Key requirements- 8+ years in M&A integration, IT architecture, or business process transformation in a global org
- Proven track record leading post-merger integrations, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, HRIS, data governance
- Excellent project management with experience handling multiple large-scale projects
- Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder influence across levels
- Experience with cultural integration and change management in multi-national settings
