Senior Project Manager, Water

In this role you will lead meaningful water infrastructure projects that protect public health and enhance community resilience. You will work within the Water Group to deliver planning through construction for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, integrating technology and sustainability. You will manage client relationships, mentor engineers, and coordinate cross disciplinary teams to meet schedule and budget targets. • Manage water, wastewater, and stormwater projects from planning and design through construction
• Provide technical leadership for design, calculations, permitting, reports, and client presentations
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule and within budget
• Oversee construction-phase services and ensure successful project execution per contract
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client agreements; monitor performance and resources
• Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to meet milestones
• Support development and implementation of company design and production standards
• Mentor and develop engineers and future leaders

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (ABET)
• Professional Engineer (PE) designation
• 15+ years' experience managing substantial water or stormwater projects
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to oversee project management fundamentals
• Proven record delivering projects on schedule and budget
