Overview

In this role you support regional sales growth by coordinating activities, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with onboarding and planning. You will liaise between Sales and Administrative teams, manage CRM data, and ensure timely contract processing and compliance. You'll develop standard and tailored reports to track opportunities and help shape proposals for strategic opportunities. This role offers cross-functional collaboration and exposure to growth initiatives within a nationwide sales team. You'll drive operational efficiency and enable the sales organization to meet targets and advance key accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Support regional sales initiatives and planning with cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and onboarding, and track action items
  • Serve as liaison between Sales and Administrative teams for contracts and backlog management
  • Act as Dynamics CRM power-user, oversee data integrity, and provide user training
  • Generate standard and customized sales reports; monitor opportunities by process and macro increments
  • Develop responses and proposals for RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and lead more strategic proposals
  • Ensure materials are accurate and communications to Sales Team are timely
  • Coordinate with Marketing to supply sales-ready materials and support trade shows/events
  • Perform web research for new business development and create prospecting lists
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in Business, Communications, or Marketing (minimum 2-year degree or equivalent)
  • 5+ years in a fast-paced sales support or regional sales role (multi-site preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to work cross-functionally
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; excellent Excel and PowerPoint; Dynamics or similar CRM experience
  • Experience generating reports in Dynamics or CRM report writers; familiarity with Marketing Automation tools
