Overview As a Business Systems Architect, you will partner with PAG and Investment Operations to shape technology that underpins portfolio performance, attribution, and reporting. Responsibilities- Build and maintain trusted relationships across PAG, Investment Operations, Client Reporting, Enterprise Technology, and vendors to drive outcomes.
- Lead analysis from concept to implementation, translating business needs into value-delivering tech solutions.
- Analyze investment workflows and data to identify efficiency and data quality improvements.
- Investigate data and process issues, identify root causes, and partner with teams to implement durable solutions.
- Shape future performance technology capabilities by aligning with evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Continuously explore emerging technologies and promote learning and better ways of working.
- Mentor teammates and bring structure to complex business and technology challenges.
Key requirements- 10+ years of Business Systems Analysis in the investment management industry
- Experience supporting Performance & Attribution, Securities Operations, Investment Operations, or related functions
- Proven track record building partnerships with business stakeholders and delivering tech solutions
- Experience leading business analysis in an Agile software delivery lifecycle
- Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with BISAM B-One, FactSet Performance, Snowflake, SQL, and Tableau
