Overview In this wet-lab role, you design, execute, and interpret in vitro studies that support muscle biology and neuromuscular drug discovery. You will work within the Muscle Biology team, collaborating with cross-functional scientists to generate data that informs target validation and functional genomics. The position is based in Durham, NC or Cambridge, MA, with in-person lab work five days a week. You will develop and apply assays to identify targets, evaluate biology in screening models, and contribute scientific insights across projects. This is an opportunity to shape translational work in a patient-focused, science-driven company.
Responsibilities- Design and execute assays/screens to identify and validate novel targets in screening models
- Develop novel in vitro assays for functional genomics and drug development
- Provide scientific insight on Muscle Biology projects in consultation with cross-functional stakeholders
