Responsibilities- Draft patent applications for clients
- Prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
- Collaborate closely with patent attorneys and legal staff
- Engage in professional development and mentorship programs
Key requirements- Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar
- Strong academic credentials and excellent references
- Interest in becoming a patent agent
- Available to work full-time starting June 2027
