Overview As an Owner's Representative, Project Manager, you guide the design and construction of healthcare, higher education, and institutional projects, translating vision into deliverable outcomes. You work with cross-functional teams to manage scope, schedule, and budget across multiple complex programs. You'll lead design and construction teams, coordinate contracts and communications, and oversee occupancy readiness. Responsibilities- Oversee multiple healthcare, higher education, and commercial expansion/renovation projects as the owner's representative
- Manage approved scope, schedule, and budget with daily client and team communication
- Lead design team (architects, engineers, equipment planners, consultants) and coordinate construction efforts
- Produce and circulate meeting notes; develop and monitor project schedules and budgets across all phases
- Review contracts, invoices, and payments to contractors and vendors; manage change orders
- Prepare monthly owner reports; assist in plan reviews and inspections with authorities having jurisdiction
- Support contract negotiations and manage move/occupancy activities
- Resolve disputes and claims and provide guidance throughout project lifecycle
Key requirements- Project Management experience in buildings sector (healthcare, commercial, and higher education)
- Professional interaction with clients and field subcontractors
- Strong computer skills in scheduling, word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Budget management experience or related software
- Ability to read plans and specifications; understanding of design-construction processes
- Excellent written and oral communication; strong leadership and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Bachelor in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field; minimum 5 years PM experience including 2+ years as Owner's Representative/Project Manager
