Diagnostic Solutions Account Executive, Microbiology (Philadelphia)

In this role you drive growth for Waters' Diagnostic Solutions product portfolio by engaging hospitals and clinical labs. You will develop territory and account plans, articulate clinical and economic value, and coordinate multiple stakeholders to secure contracts. You'll work with cross-functional teams to support customers from first contact through installation and ongoing satisfaction. The opportunity centers on expanding adoption of diagnostic tests and technologies that improve patient outcomes in regulated labs.

• Develop and execute territory and strategic account sales plans across multiple stakeholders.
• Lead account planning tailored to each hospital's drivers and needs.
• Communicate product value and economic benefits using customized tools.
• Coordinate decision makers to reach contractual purchases for Diagnostic products.
• Maintain and grow revenue while ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with BD specialists, service engineers, and distribution partners to support growth and retention.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for Manual Microbiology, Blood Culture, TB, ID/AST, and Molecular Diagnostics.
• Manage the full sales cycle with clinical labs, infectious disease clinicians, pharmacy, and hospital administration.

• Bachelor degree (Life Sciences or related field) with preference for Medical Technology or Microbiology background
• 3 years of laboratory products or hospital sales experience (preferred)
