Sr. Field & Community Manager

Overview

In this role you will drive engagement, loyalty, and trust among Finix customers, partners, and advocates through a mix of online communities and high-touch events. You'll own content across social and community channels and bring the community to life with executive dinners, meetups, and field activations. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to deepen relationships and amplify customer stories, while measuring impact and feeding insights to product and marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage relevant content across social and community channels in line with brand voice
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events end-to-end (dinners, meetups, conferences, activations) including logistics
  • Curate guest lists and invitations for executive events in collaboration with Sales/Leadership
  • Represent Finix at events to build relationships and visibility
  • Respond to community queries professionally and foster an inclusive environment
  • Identify key customers and advocates to fuel referrals and testimonials
  • Develop and enforce community guidelines and monitor conversations for PR-sensitive issues
  • Measure event ROI and track engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product and Marketing
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in community management, field marketing, or event marketing in B2B
  • Proven experience planning and executing end-to-end in-person events
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with high emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency with social media management platforms, analytics dashboards, and basic design/video tools
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and multiple concurrent events
