Overview

In this hybrid role, you design and deliver learning solutions that upskill employees to support Guitar Center's strategic priorities. You partner with leaders, HR and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps and measure impact. You'll blend learning design, facilitation, and learning operations to drive concrete business outcomes, leveraging AI-enabled approaches to boost engagement. You help scale programs across the organization and guide change initiatives with a practical, impact-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Identify skill gaps and development priorities to inform learning initiatives
  • Translate business needs into scalable learning solutions that improve performance
  • Consult with leaders on the mix of learning, coaching, and change interventions
  • Evaluate AI-enabled learning approaches to boost engagement and efficiency
  • Ensure learning aligns with organizational priorities and measurable outcomes
  • Design and continuously improve enterprise learning experiences across modalities (ILT, virtual, self-paced, social, experiential)
  • Create facilitator guides, digital content, videos, toolkits, and job aids
  • Apply adult learning theory and instructional design to maximize engagement and retention
  • Design scalable, accessible learning that reinforces workplace behaviors
  • Leverage AI to accelerate content development and learner experience improvements
  • Facilitate leadership, onboarding, and enterprise learning programs
  • Design train-the-trainer programs and serve as trusted facilitator for organizational change
  • Lead operations, scheduling, LMS delivery, and upkeep of learning materials
  • Monitor feedback, LMS insights, and metrics to iterate and improve programs
  • Manage end-to-end learning projects with timelines, budgets, and stakeholders
  • Maintain curricula, certification pathways, and governance standards
  • Collaborate with LMS administrators to optimize learner experiences and reporting
