Overview In this role you will lead the Q-Systems Connectivity program across multiple data-center campuses, shaping design, pre-construction and construction activities. You'll coordinate with Facilities, Engineers, and vendors to ensure our network and low-voltage infrastructure aligns with design standards and schedules. You'll drive multi-phase development plans, exec-ready updates, and cross-team collaboration to deliver reliable, scalable data-center systems. Responsibilities- Lead design, pre-construction and construction activities for Q-Systems across projects
- Provide program-level support for network infrastructure deployments
- Coordinate with network, facilities and technology teams to meet facility needs
- Manage port schedules and develop deployment plans
- Review designs for compliance with system standards and Basis of Design
- Create executive-level project updates and present for decision making
- Implement multi-phased site development plans and maintain campus master plans
- Draft scopes of work and participate in procurement and cost estimates
- Establish and manage project schedules and team performance
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders and represent Q-Systems in governance meetings
- Ensure project implementations comply with approved design documents and standards
- Foster relationships to enhance QTS leadership in data center real estate
- Collaborate with internal teams to align facility operations needs with technology deployments
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience
- 8-10+ years delivering mission-critical data center facilities
- 8-10+ years managing technology design and project management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) for executive updates and budgets
- US Citizenship
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Experience designing technology systems for data centers or large-scale tech environments
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of technology industry standards and integration into mission-critical environments
