Overview The HR Partner supports business objectives by optimizing human capital in partnership with People Operations and Centers of Excellence. You will focus on retention, development, safety, and leveraging the Employee Value Proposition to drive business results. You will shape HR strategy, coach leaders, and implement programs that improve workforce readiness and ROI. This role operates across leadership levels to ensure effective people processes and impactful talent initiatives.

Responsibilities- Inform and implement HR strategy to align with the organization's vision
- Develop and execute plans to optimize HR utilization
- Identify risk patterns in EEO and AA and address them
- Champion EID initiatives and strengthen employee networks for feedback
- Coach leaders to enhance decision-making and performance
- Partner with leaders to define workforce strategy and execute with COEs and People Operations
- Contribute to talent evaluation and development
- Monitor program/ policy ROI and adjust to meet business and member experience needs
- Implement innovative programs to keep the workforce future-ready while addressing business needs
- Support EVP and talent enablement process improvements by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions
Key requirements- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor in Human Resources or related field; equivalent work experience considered
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication; ability to adapt style across levels
- Significant knowledge in HR strategy execution and process/technology integration
- Strong analytical skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to travel 25%
- No supervisory role; 1st shift; background checks possible
