Overview As Senior Project Manager, you will lead delivery of commercial and mission-critical projects from discovery through closeout, upholding safety and company standards. You'll drive schedules, contracts, and quality control while guiding field teams and subcontractors. You will grow client relationships and pursue new work, coordinating with preconstruction to shape RFPs. This is a leadership role in a collaborative, results-driven culture with meaningful impact on complex builds.

Responsibilities- Maintain safety and process adherence per HITT standards
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients
- Monitor project progress with updated schedules
- Ensure Quality Control Plan is followed
- Resolve scope issues with subcontractors
- Assign and evaluate field personnel across the project
- Negotiate time extensions where justified
- Acquire new work and maintain existing clients
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors
- Lead preconstruction and RFP package efforts with relevant teams
- Delegate tasks to keep project workflows smooth
- Ensure timely project closeout
Key requirements- 10+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor
- A four-year degree from an accredited university with concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred
- In lieu of a degree, additional work experience acceptable
- Has successfully acquired and/or contacted at least one new client
- Ability to manage multiple project management efforts
