Overview In this role you lead construction operations in the Greater Atlanta market for a growing specialty contractor known for structural concrete and related services. You will ensure safe, efficient, and profitable project delivery while maintaining top-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. You'll work with owners, general contractors, and internal teams to drive schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Compensation / Benefits Responsibilities- Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Experience with concrete, structural, civil, or specialty contracting projects highly desirable
- Strong understanding of project management, scheduling, budgeting, and construction operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
