Overview As Lebanon Operations Human Resources Manager, you will align HR strategies with business goals to build a high-performing culture. You partner with leaders to drive talent management, engagement, and workforce planning for the manufacturing facility. You'll use data-driven insight to improve retention, performance, and the employee experience while guiding change across functions. This role offers impact across hourly and salaried populations within a multi-brand marine leader and emphasizes collaboration, strategic thinking, and execution.

Responsibilities- Partner with leaders to sustain an engaged work environment and tie HR contributions to business objectives through metrics
- Provide day-to-day HR support to strengthen employee relations and engagement
- Resolve complex employee relations issues, ethics complaints, and investigations
- Coach on performance management, PIPs, and corrective actions
- Ensure consistent application of policies and practices for assigned functions
- Lead staffing in collaboration with Talent Acquisition to forecast needs and onboard effectively
- Participate in planning events to boost employee and community engagement
- Drive HR initiatives including performance evaluation, workforce planning, compensation planning, and succession planning
- Implement change strategies and measure impact to gain buy-in
- Analyze market salary data to determine competitive pay structures for hourly roles
- Interpret data to deliver insights and support business decisions
- Partner with HR and operations to communicate and implement HR initiatives
- Lead talent processes including calibrations, skill gap analyses, succession planning, and development planning
- Define and provide development resources to grow employees' careers
Key requirements- 7+ years of Human Resources experience
- College, university, or equivalent degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM credentials preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday, UKG, and Power Platform preferred
- Experience in staffing, performance management, employee relations, and change management
- Strong communication and ability to influence across all levels
