Key requirements- At least five years of progressively responsible construction project-management experience
- Experience with bidding, subcontractor buyout, construction, and closeout
- Experience in commercial, multifamily, senior-living, healthcare, hospitality, wood-frame, or similar residential construction
- Strong knowledge of estimating, budgeting, purchasing, scheduling, cost forecasting, change management, and contract administration
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety docs
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain documentation, and resolve problems proactively
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Excel and construction PM, plan-review, and scheduling software
- Ability to work with ownership, facilities ops, field personnel, design pros, subs, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel across Indiana; weekly site visits
