Overview In this role you will support a premier Labor & Employment practice in Los Angeles, handling sophisticated wage-and-hour, PAGA, and class action matters for diverse clients. You will work within a collaborative, high-performing team and engage directly with clients on compliance and litigation strategy. The position offers meaningful responsibility, courtroom and cross-functional collaboration opportunities, and scope to shape outcomes in a dynamic legal practice. You will contribute to complex disputes while growing your expertise within a respected firm.

Responsibilities- Represent employers in wage-and-hour, PAGA, and class action matters
- Manage diverse labor and employment litigation from inception to resolution
- Advise clients on compliance with evolving state and federal laws
- Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other pleadings
- Participate in discovery including depositions and responses
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and settlement documents
- Handle disputes involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic, practical client-focused solutions
Key requirements- JD from a top-tier law school
- Active California Bar in good standing
- 3-6 years of substantive labor and employment law experience
- Significant experience with wage-and-hour, PAGA, and class actions in state and federal courts
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating in a team
- Arbitration, mediation, or trial experience required
- Prior large or sophisticated law firm experience preferred
