Manager, Customer Service Operations

Overview

In this role you will own the operational backbone of Nexthink's global Go-to-Market engine, aligning Sales, Finance, Legal and Customer Success to accelerate deals and smooth onboarding. You will shape revenue processes across quoting, billing, and lifecycle management to increase accuracy and speed. You'll drive cross-functional improvements and automation to scale operations as the company grows. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on revenue integrity and customer experience. You'll work in a fast-paced, international environment and contribute to Nexthink's mission of delivering superior digital employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure end-to-end integrity of bookings and revenue controls for audit readiness
  • Drive accurate, timely billing across licenses, subscriptions, and professional services
  • Champion the Quote-to-Cash process and monitor KPIs to reduce friction across CRM, CPQ, and ERP
  • Oversee the customer lifecycle from signature to separation, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Manage license provisioning, demos, and partner enablement; coordinate renewals with Sales/CS
  • Handle channel order processing and partner license fulfillment for reseller/distributor ecosystem
  • Triaging and resolving escalations for SLAs, pricing exceptions, and non-standard terms
  • Lead training programs and scaleable processes; manage a small global team of 2 operations professionals
  • Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives with Transformation, IT, RevOps, and Finance to drive automation and ensure data integrity
Key requirements
  • Proven leadership in a fast-scaling software/SaaS environment with high-performing ops teams
  • Deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash cycle and revenue efficiency levers
  • Strong Salesforce expertise; familiarity with NetSuite, Zuora, Conga, SFDC CPQ or similar tools
  • Exceptional communication across all levels, including CFO and junior analysts
  • Ownership mindset with structured project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Experience in partner/channel operations and reseller/distributor ecosystems is a plus
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Operations
