Overview In this role, you join the Genetics and Genomics Group within the client's R&D Center to advance genomics-driven research and therapeutic development. You will analyze multi-omics data to support biomarker discovery and mechanism-of-action studies, collaborating with scientists and informatics engineers to refine analytics. You'll translate results into actionable insights and help maintain data management and computational infrastructure. This position offers impact on target identification and translational research within a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities- Analyze DNA/RNA sequencing, proteomics, and cytokine data to support disease and therapy research
- Perform functional interpretation of molecular profiling data and generate testable hypotheses
- Collaborate with researchers on biomarker discovery, mechanism of action, and target identification projects
- Stay updated on systems biology analytics and work with informatics engineers to improve analytics pipelines
- Communicate analytical results through presentations and one-on-one discussions
- Contribute to data management and computational infrastructure within the group
Key requirements- Ph.D. in Biological Sciences
- 1-2 years of experience in bioinformatics/genomic research and data analysis
- Hands-on analysis of next-generation sequencing data or microarray data
- Expert use of relevant software
- Experience in network analysis is highly valued
- Working knowledge of biological knowledge bases and interpretation engines such as IPA, MetaBase, DAVID
