Overview As a Civil/Environmental Engineering Project Manager in Stantec's Water sector, you lead design and construction teams on water and wastewater conveyance and treatment projects. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while delivering engineering reports and construction documents. You'll collaborate with clients and leadership to solve challenges and drive sustainable water infrastructure. Responsibilities- Lead design professionals and QA staff across multiple projects
- Oversee water and wastewater infrastructure projects from design through construction
- Communicate project status and manage scope, schedule, and budget with clients and leadership
- Develop engineering reports, drawings, specs, and construction cost estimates
- Research water resources issues impacting projects and coordinate construction services
- Ensure timely delivery of project requirements and provide problem solving and coordination
- Engage in professional organizations to promote the firm
- Provide mentorship and development support to staff
- Coordinate with team for Engineering Services During Construction on concurrent projects
Key requirements- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Bachelor in Civil/Environmental Engineering (or related)
- 12+ years of design, construction, and management experience
- Florida design, construction experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency with project scheduling and budgeting tools and processes
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to lead and mentor staff
- Collaborative with diverse teams
