Responsibilities- Identify systemic patterns and root causes to improve site effectiveness while ensuring policy compliance and risk control
- Use data analytics to detect trends, forecast challenges, and implement proactive, measurable initiatives
- Design and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs to boost retention and morale
- Coach leaders on performance feedback, development, and complex employee relations to build inclusive teams
- Promote equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions
- Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools to enhance user experience and maintain high-touch service in critical moments
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management)
- 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, logistics)
