Overview As a senior enterprise leader, you will ensure stable, scalable technology for restaurant and digital operations across a nationwide network. You will guide multiple teams, own operational execution of in restaurant, off premise, and enterprise platforms, and drive reliable performance with minimal disruption to franchise partners. You will translate brand strategies into repeatable operations, lead vendor governance, and champion continuous improvement. You will align AI and automation with cost efficiency, growth, and enterprise resilience, becoming a strategic partner to cross functional leaders.
Responsibilities- Set strategic directions with short-, mid-, and long-term impact on results
- Improve processes and systems using best practices and root-cause analysis
- Develop tactical and operational plans for the function and drive business results
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders; influence concepts and approaches
- Create a culture focused on customer satisfaction (franchisees and non-IT customers) and build trust in IT
- Develop and coach teams to strengthen performance and leadership depth
- Lead enterprise financial strategy and capital governance to enable growth and efficiency
- Define and champion the vendor ecosystem strategy to leverage partners
- Own strategy, implementation, and operations of AI and automation for efficiency and reliability
Key requirements- Expert knowledge of restaurant industry applications, platforms, vendors, and hardware
- Advanced general management and proven cross-functional leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems; familiarity with iOS, Android, or Linux
- ITSM frameworks expertise (ITIL); relevant certifications preferred
- Experience supporting multi-modal and geographically dispersed locations
- Ability to translate business needs into operational requirements
