Overview In this role, you will enhance legal service delivery by optimizing processes, supporting legal technology, and coordinating with cross-functional partners. You will strengthen legal workflows and maintain key systems to improve efficiency across the department. You will drive improvements in intake, routing, referrals, and legal holds, while unifying case tracking in a centralized environment. You will build organized repositories, configure automations, and deliver dashboards and metrics that inform planning and decision-making. This is a long-term contract that offers impact at scale within a corporate legal team in California.
Responsibilities- Enhance intake, approval routing, referral handling, and legal hold processes for efficiency
- Administer and support matter management and contract lifecycle platforms, ensuring reliable daily performance
- Unify and refine case/matter tracking within a centralized environment
- Create and maintain repositories for legal documents, templates, and self-service resources
- Coordinate system connections, workflow configurations, and API-driven automation across legal platforms
- Collaborate with Legal, IT, Compliance, and business partners to identify improvements and implement solutions
- Produce dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics to aid visibility and planning
