Overview In this role you lead healthcare construction projects, focusing on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities. You work to deliver on-time, within scope, and compliant projects in occupied environments, partnering with owners, architects, and engineers. You drive project controls, scheduling, and cross-team collaboration to minimize patient disruption. This position offers a growth track in healthcare construction with a collaborative, client-focused culture.
Compensation / Benefits- Salary range: $125,000-$175,000
Responsibilities- Deliver healthcare construction projects through strong process, scheduling, and project controls
- Lead teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities
- Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and engineers
- Coordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments to minimize disruption to patient care
- Support the preconstruction team
- Support healthcare-focused business development including RFP responses and client interviews
- Lead meetings such as OAC and monthly project status reviews
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control (ICRA), and life safety requirements (ILSM)
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience
- Experience with hospital renovations and expansions
- Experience working in occupied/active healthcare environments
- Experience managing phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in regulated environments
- Ability to support and grow healthcare client relationships and business development efforts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good client management skills and ability to lead teams through preconstruction and construction with healthcare systems and facility teams
