Overview In this HR Generalist role at TDW, you will partner with managers to drive employee development, recruitment, engagement, and performance management. You will ensure compliance with employment laws and collaborate with total rewards, legal, and finance to continuously improve people programs. You will support a manufacturing/services environment with a people-first approach, shaping how the organization grows and retains talent. The role offers meaningful impact by aligning HR programs with business goals.
Responsibilities- Provides day-to-day support to managers on employee development and growth, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Executes HR programs such as merit, talent review, onboarding, employee engagement and wellbeing
- Coaches business leaders to ensure goals are met and achievements are celebrated
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices; reviews policies to maintain compliance
- Collaborates with total rewards, legal, finance, and other teams to drive improvement and solve problems
- Leads administrative professionals to meet site and HR function objectives in a timely and accurate manner
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in business related area of study, HR preferred
- Minimum of five years HR field experience including employee or labor relations
- Manufacturing or services environment experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of US labor laws and employment practices
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Spanish and/or ASL a plus
