Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for designated clients, coordinating resources to meet needs promptly
- Lead cross-selling and account rounding, plus renewal negotiations and claims resolution
- Process new and renewal business, group proposals, and benefits changes with precision
- Collaborate with sales staff to write new business and retain clients
- Organize workflow and appointments to streamline sales-support procedures
- Build enduring client and carrier relationships based on trust

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or minimum five years insurance industry experience (or equivalent combination)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of insurance products, markets, sales processes, and workflows
- Team-oriented with effective delegation and trust-building
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency systems (e.g., EPIC)
- Insurance designation desired and/or Life/AND Health license preferred
