Responsibilities- Serve as senior point of contact for Major clients on moderately complex issues and help develop strategy for world-class service across products/platforms
- Collaborate with clients and influence internal stakeholders to align client needs with BNY's commercial strategy
- Partner with Client Service Data, Insights & Analytics to identify trends, themes, and opportunities to improve service
- Drive and manage end-to-end client service delivery for Major clients, including strategy development, monitoring satisfaction, and evolving the service model
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
- 7 to 10 years of experience in operations or client services
- Proven ability to manage moderately complex client issues and act as central point of contact across internal partners
