Overview In this Architect role you design and implement secure data, wireless, and security networks for medium to large environments, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver robust solutions. You will lead project-based deployments and ensure exceptional client experiences through clear documentation and effective handoff. The role blends hands-on engineering with consulting to advance secure networking at scale. Responsibilities- Architect and lead the implementation of secure network solutions
- Project-based engineering, installation and troubleshooting of data/security networks
- Configure and deploy routing, switching, and security in medium to large environments
- Configure and deploy wireless networks in medium to large environments
- Provide network engineering consulting including assessment and implementation
- Develop design documentation and manage implementation from start to customer acceptance
- Deliver services that ensure an exceptional client experience
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in network engineering and design
- Cloud Networking experience (AWS required or Azure)
- 3+ years delivering projects for a VAR/Integrator
- Experience with Firewalls/VPNs (Cisco required; Palo Alto/Fortinet optional)
- Experience with Wireless networks (Cisco required)
- Experience with routing and switching (Cisco required)
- 7+ years networking experience including analysis and troubleshooting
- Effective communication with all levels of staff
- Relationship-building with clients
