Overview As Platform Architect, you shape TeleTracking's enterprise platform to enable scalable, secure, and high-performing software across the organization. You'll set long-term technical vision and define shared platform capabilities, partnering with engineering, product, security, and operations to drive roadmaps and governance. You will design cloud-native services, APIs, and tooling, while guiding modernization and evaluating AI-enabled options. This leadership role offers impact by accelerating delivery and improving reliability at scale.

Responsibilities- Define architectural direction for shared platform capabilities across enterprise products
- Lead design of reusable services, APIs, event-driven integrations, and developer tools
- Guide technical standards and governance across engineering, product, security, and operations
- Mentor engineers and architects; support major modernization initiatives
- Evaluate cloud services, AI capabilities, and open-source technologies for scalability and security
- Create architecture documentation, reference designs, and engineering guidance
- Promote secure engineering practices and reusable design patterns
- Influence platform strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with leadership
Key requirements- 8-10+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems and cloud-native platforms
- Strong architecture expertise in microservices, APIs, event-driven design, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; proficiency in Java, C#, Python, Go, or TypeScript
