Overview

In this role you deliver outstanding service to Lucid clients throughout the service journey, liaising with technicians to diagnose and communicate options, estimates, and timelines. You track vehicle progress, ensure adherence to Lucid quality standards, and manage documents and payments. You act as the quality control final check and strive to maximize customer satisfaction in a fast-paced EV service environment. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position that shapes the service experience and brand trust.

Responsibilities
  • Inform customers and guide them through the service experience from start to handover
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and comprehensive check-in, reporting wear or damage
  • Check-in new vehicles and document transport damage on BOL for proper processing
  • Coordinate loaner agreements and ride arrangements (Lyft) for customers
  • Uphold the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) KPI and ensure high-quality service
  • Review and revise work orders with technicians for accurate documentation and time entries
  • Address warranty claim rejections promptly to maintain efficiency
  • Obtain customer signatures for service authorization and invoices via DocuSign; collect payments for customer-pay repairs
  • Explain invoices and repairs to customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction
  • Greet clients, handle calls, answer questions, and route messages as needed
  • Serve as final QC to guarantee Lucid standards before vehicle handover
  • Other duties as assigned
Key requirements
  • 2-5 years automotive experience in a Service Advisor or front-of-house role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient demeanor
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
  • Ability to document details clearly and maintain workflow
  • Ability to explain automotive concepts to customers with varying knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary DMS software
  • Full-time availability, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods
  • Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training post hire
  • Valid driver's license with no suspensions in the past year; drivers under 21 require longer licensure and training upon hire
