Overview

In this role you act as a strategic partner to clients, shaping health and benefits programs and driving growth for WTW's Health and Benefits practice. You lead client service teams, oversee procurement strategy, and collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality solutions. You will expand revenue by cross-selling and guiding new client pursuits, while influencing the practice's evolution. This position offers leadership impact in a market-facing, client-centric environment with opportunities to shape solutions and relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the client service team to design and deliver project plans within budgets, timelines, and quality standards
  • Provide proactive, superior client service and trusted advisory
  • Drive vendor procurement strategy, negotiation, implementation, and optimization
  • Engage specialist resources to address client needs and generate new business
  • Grow Health and Benefits revenue by anticipating client needs and cross-selling solutions
  • Represent the Health and Benefits expert in new client pursuits by crafting tailored solutions
  • Demonstrate leadership through mentoring colleagues and guiding project reviews to ensure alignment with client objectives and WTW standards
Key requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in design/management of complex health and welfare plans in consulting or brokerage
  • Proven ability to generate revenue
  • Track record of managing and growing client relationships
  • Executive presence with polished written and oral communication
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management across levels
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
  • CEBS designation or health and welfare actuarial/underwriting training desired
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; HS diploma required
