Overview In this role you will translate corporate content from English to Spanish, ensuring cultural and contextual accuracy. You will support training and communications and work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts. The position combines language work with layout and design tasks in learning materials. You will contribute to high-quality, accessible learning content for a nationwide technology-focused audience. This is a hands-on role where your translations shape how training resonates with Spanish-speaking learners.
Responsibilities- Translate documents, presentations, and e-learning content from English to Spanish with cultural and contextual sensitivity.
- Handle translation of training materials and corporate communications using Word, Articulate Storyline (and Rise/360), InDesign, and PowerPoint.
- Proofread and edit translations to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and project managers to capture project context and requirements.
Key requirements- Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken
- 2+ years of Spanish translation in a corporate environment
- 2+ years of experience translating with Articulate; Storyline, Rise, and 360
- 2+ years of proficiency in Word, InDesign, and PowerPoint
- Current access to Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Translation or related analytical field or equivalent experience
