Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, RMS

Overview

In this role you lead the RMS talent acquisition function, partnering with production and engineering leaders to translate workforce plans into hiring strategies. You'll build measurable recruitment processes, coach a recruiters team, and ensure high-quality hires that elevate the organization. The position combines operational rigor with startup-like urgency to scale critical manufacturing and technical capabilities. You will act as a recruiting SME, shaping pipelines, analytics, and candidate experience to support Anduril's rapidly growing RMS agenda.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters across RMS functions (production, manufacturing engineering, quality, supply chain)
  • Own end-to-end RMS hiring strategy, forecasting demand and building pipelines with data-backed updates
  • Analyze recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements
  • Define performance expectations for sourcing, pipeline velocity, interview quality, and offers
  • Coach on sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, SOBO) and ensure effective usage
  • Conduct interviews and calibrate hiring manager expectations with disciplined evaluation
  • Create talent maps and market intelligence for RMS domains (propulsion, energetics, pyrotechnics, production ops)
  • Drive diverse talent and maintain an excellent candidate experience; collaborate with HR, compensation, and workforce planning
  • Represent Anduril's brand professionally to internal stakeholders and external candidates
Key requirements
  • 10+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience
  • 8+ years partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders with data-driven influence
  • 5+ years managing/referencing recruiters in fast-paced environments
  • Proven use of recruiting analytics to drive process improvements
  • Experience recruiting in agency or fast-moving startup settings for hardware, production, or related technical roles
  • Ability to travel between sites
