Overview In this Estimator II role, you will develop and review capital cost and construction cost estimates for Waste, Power and Industrial sectors. You will build crews from multiple disciplines, perform quantity takeoffs, and manage estimate data and assumptions. You'll work within HDR's employee-owned culture to support cost risk assessment and design-build projects across the US. This position offers stake in a collaborative, high-performance environment tackling transformational projects with clear impact.

- form crews from multiple disciplines and perform quantity takeoffs from design drawings
- gather data, analyze costs, and manage the cost estimate database
- prepare basis and assumptions documentation
- perform other duties as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor in Civil Engineering
- Construction Management or Construction Science Engineering or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years' experience in producing estimates in a competitive environment
- knowledge of EPC estimating methods and components
- experience with Lump Sum Design Build estimates
- knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures for cost management
- proficient with Primavera and Timberline
