Overview

In this Project Manager role, you oversee designated projects and tenant improvements at client sites, coordinating with property and facility teams. You monitor budgets, timelines, and progress, and ensure alignment with client needs and objectives. You collaborate with account managers, building teams, and clients to drive project execution and adherence to policies and regulations. You will influence project outcomes through oversight of consultants, construction teams, and cost management, while seeking continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to shape client-facing projects within a leading real estate services firm.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain master project budgets and schedules for each project phase
  • Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawings reviews across phases
  • Assist in selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams
  • Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices with client and facility management
  • Support marketing of services to clients
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with building/facility personnel to achieve quality, service, cost, and profit goals
  • Report major problems and recommendations to management
  • Advise on organizational changes and potential expenditures beyond approved budget
  • Maintain compliance with laws, codes, safety regulations
  • Maintain high standards of work quality and continuously improve skills
  • Lead, motivate, and develop project team members (supervisory experience)
Key requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
  • Minimum of 5 years project management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in project management, especially leadership and development of employees
  • Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred
