Overview

As a People Business Partner, you partner with leadership and the People team to support a fast-growing, global organization. You will influence management on people-related matters and help design programs with the COE to enhance the employee experience. You'll shape policies, drive data-driven people decisions, and address complex employee relations in a hybrid environment. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, enabling scalable people initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership on frontline people issues and program design across performance, coaching, career pathing, culture, inclusion, and engagement
  • Collaborate with COE to design and implement programs that improve the employee experience
  • Develop and consult on people policies and guidelines across the organization
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership to guide people decisions and best practices
  • Assess development needs and implement solutions aligned with broader strategy
  • Handle complex global employee relations and collaborate with leadership on best practices
Key requirements
  • 5+ years experience as HRBP or related HR role
  • Experience in fast-growing technology companies
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; HRIS experience (Workday a bonus)
  • Experience working across functions with frontline and senior leadership
  • Proven project management and process design capabilities
  • Knowledge of global employment practices and employee relations
  • Clear, direct, approachable communication and strong customer service orientation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
