Overview As a People Operations Partner, you'll support Finixians across the employee lifecycle and act as the first point of contact for people programs. You'll partner with Finance, BT, Compliance, and Ops to drive strategic people initiatives in a high-growth environment. The role blends operations, data, and policy with a focus on engagement, process accuracy, and scalable tech. You'll also help shape AI-enabled tooling to boost efficiency and impact. This is a hands-on role in SF HQ, with a clear path to influence culture and scale the business.

Responsibilities- Own the employee lifecycle (pre-boarding, onboarding, off-boarding)
- Support benefits, working norms, and policy questions for Finixians
- Drive engagement and team building, in-person and virtual
- Own HRIS (Paylocity) and People Tech Stack (Workramp) data accuracy
- Analyze and report People metrics and demographics for leadership
- AssistCalibration reviews and Compensation cycles planning
- Manage the People Team Confluence page
- Respond to audits, unemployment, and employment verification
- Develop AI tooling to support employees' effectiveness
Key requirements- 2+ years of People Ops experience, preferably in a high-growth setting
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
- Strong data skills and ability to create reports and insights
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
