Responsibilities- Contribute to strategic vision, leadership, and oversight for the assigned business unit or functions
- Develop short and long-term goals, plans, and budgets; monitor vitals and financial performance
- Provide administrative direction to departmental leaders and ensure alignment with regional/objectives
- Lead strategies that promote employee engagement and retention of top performers
- Collaborate with executives to drive high-level financial management and healthcare operations
Key requirements- Bachelor of Science in a related field (master's degree desired)
- 7-10 years of healthcare leadership experience
- Experience with clinical departments, program management, clinical outreach, quality, and process improvement
- Knowledge of healthcare delivery, operations, and financial management
